There are a few assumptions which, if correct, could mean that the Black Market Auction House will be available on Tuesday with the 5. 0 patch. Maybe. Here's my line of thinking:
The 5. 0 patch this Tuesday puts all of Pandaria into the game. However, since none of us have Mop licenses yet, the quests/ways to get to Pandaria are closed until the Mop release. If Pandaria is in the game, that means the BMAH is operating, we just can't get to it. Assume that the BMAH introduces changes into the backend auction house system, and that those changes need to be supported in the Wow Remote AH.
Assume that Blizzard intends the BMAH to be accessible via Wow Remote. Assume that Blizzard is on the ball and will have Wow Remote changed to support Pandaria on Tuesday. Is it possible that the BMAH would therefore be available on Tuesday, even though in-game we can't get to the NPC? If so, could that be why everyone has free access to Wow Remote, because otherwise, only WOW Gold people who paid more would be able to access those goods until Mop?
